Billing is metered by the cases you run in a period — a simple base that includes a monthly allotment, plus a flat rate for anything beyond it. Documents, fields, and chases are all included.
Pause when your season ends. If billing ever lapses, your access is suspended — your clients' documents are never instantly deleted, and you get an explicit notice first.
